The individual consultation is adapted to your specific needs.
It allows you to reach your personal or professional goals, within the framework of a personalized accompaniment.
The individual sessions of sophrology are carried out at the office, at your home, or by videoconference.
Confidentiality and a sympathetic ear are the order of the day.
The first session of sophrology is the opportunity to understand your needs, your expectations, and to set up a program of adapted sessions validated by you.
This program is composed of simple and personalized exercises which evolve according to your progress.
Each session has 3 phases:
- A time of exchange to take stock of your general state, to express your needs, and to present the session.
- A practice phase (20-30mn) sitting and/or standing where we will alternate exercises based on muscular relaxation, breathing, and dynamic relaxation techniques favoring letting go.
- An analysis phase, allow you to express your feelings about the session, without judgment or interpretation.
The number of sessions in a sophrological program depends on the complexity of your problem.
Its effectiveness is based on regular training thanks to the adapted sessions that we provide you with, the objective in the long term being to be able to practice sophrology in complete autonomy.
