Individual sophrology consultations are fully tailored to your needs and goals.
They enable you to work on personal or professional issues through personalised support, in a caring and respectful environment.
Sessions can take place at the practice, at your home or via video call, whichever suits you best.
The sessions are always conducted in an atmosphere of confidentiality, attentive listening and respect.
The first session
The first session is a crucial step.
It allows us to:
 understand your needs and expectations,
 
 define your goals,
 
 work together to develop a personalised programme of sessions, which you approve.
 
This programme is based on simple, accessible exercises, tailored to your situation and evolving over the course of the sessions in line with your progress.
How a session unfolds
Each session is divided into three parts:
1. A discussion
 We review your current state, your needs and the objectives of the session.
2. A practical session (20 to 30 minutes)
The exercises are performed sitting and/or standing. They combine breathing, muscle relaxation and dynamic relaxation techniques to promote relaxation, body awareness and letting go.
3. A time to share your feelings
