For children

Discovery and fun

The consultation for children is adapted to their needs, their pace and their age.

They offer your child a safe space where they can express themselves freely, explore their feelings, and learn more about themselves. The support is personalized and designed to remain fun and accessible.

Individual sessions help the child to develop self-confidence, better manage their emotions, and become aware of their abilities.

The support takes place in a framework of confidentiality, listening and kindness.
The parent can participate in the initial exchange time (anamnesis), but the session then takes place face-to-face with the child, in order to promote their freedom of expression.

The first session

The first session allows you to:

  • understand your child's needs,

  • to gather your expectations as a parent,

  • to define together a suitable program of sessions.

This program is based on simple, personalized and progressive exercises, adjusted over the course of the sessions according to the child's progress and comfort.

How a session unfolds

Each session takes place in three stages:

  • A time for discussion

We discuss the child's needs and your expectations as a parent. Depending on the child's age, you can participate in this discussion.

  • A practice period (approximately 10 to 15 minutes)

The practice is done sitting and/or standing. The exercises are offered in the form of games and playful activities, in order to work on breathing, muscle relaxation and dynamic relaxation while promoting letting go.

  • A time for expressing feelings

The child is invited to share what they felt during the session, without judgment or interpretation.
The child can write it down, or draw it; this often allows younger children to express their feelings and emotions.

Number of sessions

The number of sessions depends on the needs and pace of each child.
The support is adjusted progressively in order to properly respond to its evolution and objectives.
